The aluminum steel roofing sheet machine forms flat metal coil into corrugated roof panels through continuous roller forming. The red roof panel shown at the output side demonstrates the finished corrugated profile, which offers good strength, drainage performance and attractive appearance for metal roofing systems. The forming rollers are arranged in multiple stations so the sheet is shaped gradually and accurately.
The PLC touch-screen control system makes operation simple. Operators can enter the required panel length and quantity, and the machine will automatically form and cut sheets according to the settings. The hydraulic cutting system is designed to match the corrugated profile, providing neat sheet ends and reliable cutting performance during batch production.
This machine can be customized according to customer drawings, material thickness, coil width, local voltage and workshop layout.
