The flat sheet is placed on the front roller table and guided into the embossing section. The motor and transmission system rotate the patterned rollers, while the hydraulic structure applies forming pressure. As the sheet passes through the rollers, the surface is pressed into a raised anti-slip pattern. The finished sheet can be delivered through the support rollers, stacked directly or cut to length by optional shearing equipment.
The finished anti-slip sheets are used for industrial floors, warehouse platforms, steel stairs, ramps, walkways, trailer floors, truck beds, machine pedals and construction safety panels. The raised texture increases traction in wet, dusty, oily and high-traffic working areas.
