The flat sheet is guided into the embossing area. The motor reducer drives the gear and chain transmission system, while the hydraulic cylinders apply pressure to the roller assembly. As the sheet passes between the upper and lower rollers, the surface is pressed into a raised anti-slip pattern. The finished sheet can be collected, stacked or cut to required length by optional shearing equipment.
