The metal chequer plate embossing press machine is used to press raised anti-slip patterns onto metal sheets. It can produce chequer plate, checker plate, diamond plate, tread plate and other patterned metal floor panels. The finished sheet has both decorative appearance and practical anti-skid performance, making it suitable for industrial floors, platforms, stair steps, ramps, vehicle decks and walkway safety applications.
From the equipment structure shown in the image, this machine is built with a strong blue welded frame, large brown embossing roller, polished guide rollers, yellow sheet guiding bridge, side-mounted reducer gearbox, chain transmission, drive motor, handwheel adjustment units and an independent control section. The whole layout is designed for stable feeding, accurate roller alignment and continuous metal sheet embossing production.

Clear embossing effect: The patterned roller presses the sheet surface continuously to create a uniform raised anti-slip texture.
Strong mechanical structure: The heavy-duty welded frame, large base and thick side plates are suitable for industrial metal plate processing.
Stable sheet feeding: Multiple polished support rollers help guide the sheet smoothly before and after embossing.
Reliable torque output: Gearbox, chain and gear transmission are used to provide strong and stable power for pressing work.
Flexible customization: Pattern roller, sheet width, thickness range, production speed and electrical configuration can be designed according to the customer’s production needs.
The sheet material is fed into the guide roller area, aligned by the guiding device and transferred to the embossing roller section. Under the pressure of the patterned roller system, the flat sheet surface is pressed into a raised chequer or diamond pattern. After embossing, the sheet can be delivered to cutting, stacking or further processing equipment depending on the complete production line configuration.
The finished chequer plates are widely used in workshop floors, factory platforms, warehouse ramps, stairs, pedestrian walkways, truck beds, trailer floors, machinery covers, ship decks, toolboxes and decorative metal panels. The raised pattern helps improve slip resistance while providing a strong and professional industrial appearance.
Each project can be designed according to the customer’s material type, plate width, thickness range, required pattern, embossing depth, capacity target and local voltage. We can also provide related auxiliary equipment to build a complete chequer plate embossing line, including decoiler, leveling system, cutting system, conveyor and stacking table. Technical guidance, installation support and spare parts service can be supplied for long-term production use.
