Clear pattern forming: The precision patterned rollers press a uniform raised texture onto the sheet surface for anti-slip and decorative use.
Reliable electric gear drive: The motor, reducer and gear transmission provide stable torque for continuous metal embossing production.
Heavy-duty frame: The welded steel base and strong side frames support the roller system and help maintain stable operation.
Convenient operation: The independent electric control box and top adjustment structure make running and roller gap setting practical for workshop use.
Flexible customization: Machine width, roller pattern, plate thickness range, production speed, motor power and electrical configuration can be customized.
The flat metal sheet is placed on the front feeding table and guided into the gap between the upper and lower embossing rollers. The motor and reducer drive the gears to rotate the rollers synchronously. Under the set pressure, the roller texture is transferred to the sheet surface, forming a raised single-row chequer or customized anti-slip pattern. After embossing, the sheet can be collected directly or connected to cutting and stacking equipment.
The embossed chequer plates produced by this machine are used for industrial floors, warehouse ramps, workshop platforms, stair steps, pedestrian walkways, truck beds, trailer floors, machinery covers, ship decks, toolboxes, decoration panels and building safety surfaces. The raised pattern helps improve friction and provides an attractive industrial finish.
We can design the embossing press according to the customer’s sheet material, working width, thickness range, pattern style, embossing depth, production capacity, voltage and workshop layout. Optional auxiliary equipment such as decoiler, leveling machine, feeding table, cutting machine, conveyor and stacking table can be supplied to build a complete metal chequer plate embossing production line.
This metal chequer plate embossing press machine combines strong mechanical structure, stable electric drive, clear anti-slip pattern forming and flexible customization. It is a practical choice for manufacturers producing anti-slip metal plates for construction, transport, machinery, industrial safety and decorative metal panel markets.
