The metal sheet is placed on the front support table and guided into the space between the upper and lower embossing rollers. The electric motor and reducer drive the roller system, while the manual adjustment mechanism sets the required roller gap and pressure. As the sheet passes through the rollers, the texture on the roller surface is transferred to the sheet, forming a uniform orange peel or customized embossed pattern.
