The metal sheet is placed on the front feeding roller table and guided into the space between the upper and lower patterned rollers. The motor and reducer drive the roller system to rotate continuously. Under the adjusted roller pressure, the pattern on the roller surface is transferred to the sheet, forming a raised round dot, chequer, diamond or custom anti-slip texture. After embossing, the sheet can be collected directly or connected to cutting and stacking equipment.
