This trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine is a professional metal roofing sheet production line. The machine shown has a long blue forming bed, multiple roller stations, chain transmission, hydraulic cutting section with safety guard, hydraulic power unit and suspended PLC touch screen controller. It is suitable for continuous manufacturing of trapezoidal roof panels, wall cladding sheets and industrial building panels.

The line forms color steel coil, galvanized steel coil, galvalume coil and pre-painted steel coil into trapezoid profile sheets through cold roll forming. The finished panels are used for roofs, walls, warehouses, workshops, steel buildings, sheds and prefabricated construction projects. Profile drawing, coil width, effective width, rib height, material thickness, voltage and output system can be customized.
