The aluminum steel roofing sheet machine converts flat coil into corrugated metal roof panels through a continuous roll forming process. The red panel shown at the output side demonstrates the finished wave profile, which is widely used for roof covering and exterior wall cladding. Multiple forming stations shape the sheet gradually to ensure stable profile dimensions and a smooth finished appearance.
The PLC touch-screen control system allows the operator to set panel length, production quantity and cutting parameters. After the sheet is formed, the hydraulic cutting system cuts the panel according to the programmed length.
