The aluminum steel roofing sheet machine converts flat coil into corrugated roof panels through a continuous roll forming process. The red sheet shown at the output side demonstrates the finished wave profile, which is suitable for roof covering and exterior cladding. The forming rollers progressively shape the metal sheet to maintain stable panel size, clean corrugation and attractive surface finish.
The front safety guard improves operating protection around the cutting and forming area. The hydraulic cutting system is matched to the corrugated profile and cuts the finished sheet according to the programmed length.
