PLC control option: the control cabinet supports easy operation, parameter setting and stable production management.
Powerful motor reducer drive: the side-mounted motor and reducer provide reliable torque for continuous roller embossing.
Clear anti-slip pattern: large patterned rollers create raised textures that increase friction and improve finished sheet performance.
Hydraulic pressing system: hydraulic cylinders supply strong pressure for processing 3mm sheet materials with consistent texture depth.
Integrated feeding support: the roller support rack helps guide the sheet smoothly into the embossing section.
The sheet is placed on the feeding support rack and guided into the embossing section. The motor and reducer drive the rollers, while the hydraulic cylinders apply the required pressure. When the sheet passes between the patterned upper and lower rollers, the surface is pressed into a raised anti-slip texture. After embossing, the finished plate can be collected directly, stacked, or cut to the required length by optional shearing equipment.
The finished anti-slip sheet is widely used for factory floors, warehouse platforms, steel stair treads, access walkways, service ramps, truck beds, trailer floors, machine pedals, equipment covers and construction safety panels. The raised pattern provides better grip in wet, dusty, oily or high-traffic environments, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial safety flooring.
Roller embossing offers higher efficiency and more consistent surface quality than manual surface processing. This machine can process 3mm sheets in a continuous workflow and produce plates with regular texture, clean appearance and practical anti-slip function. It is a useful production solution for metal sheet factories that need flexible pattern customization and stable batch output.
The machine can be customized according to sheet thickness, working width, embossing pattern, hydraulic pressure, motor power, control system and production speed. Optional auxiliary equipment such as decoiler, leveling machine, feeding table, cutting machine and stacking device can also be supplied to form a complete anti-slip plate production line.
