Stable roller feeding: the front support roller frame helps guide the sheet smoothly and reduces feeding deviation during embossing.
Clear anti-slip texture: large patterned embossing rollers create raised surface marks that improve grip and product value.
Hydraulic pressing force: top cylinders provide adjustable pressure for processing 3mm metal sheets with consistent pattern depth.
Reliable motor reducer drive: the side-mounted motor and reducer deliver stable torque for continuous roller rotation.
Customizable production line: roller pattern, sheet width, automation level, feeding system and cutting device can be configured for different projects.
The flat sheet is placed onto the feeding support rollers and guided into the embossing section. The motor reducer drives the embossing rollers, while the hydraulic cylinders apply the required pressing force. When the sheet passes through the upper and lower patterned rollers, the surface is pressed into a raised anti-slip texture. The finished plate can then be delivered through the output rollers, collected directly, stacked or cut to the required length by optional shearing equipment.
The produced anti-slip sheets are widely used in industrial workshop floors, warehouse platforms, steel stair treads, loading ramps, service walkways, truck beds, trailer floors, machinery pedals, equipment covers and construction safety panels. The raised texture increases traction in wet, dusty, oily or high-traffic environments, making the finished plate suitable for heavy-duty safety flooring.
This anti-slip sheet embossing machine can convert ordinary flat sheets into practical textured plates in one continuous processing step. Compared with manual surface processing or welding extra anti-slip strips, roller embossing offers higher efficiency, cleaner appearance and better pattern consistency. It is suitable for manufacturers who need stable batch output, flexible pattern customization and reliable 3mm sheet embossing capability.
The machine can be customized according to sheet thickness, working width, embossing pattern, hydraulic pressure, motor power, production speed and automation level. Optional auxiliary equipment such as decoiler, leveling machine, feeding table, cutting machine and stacking system can also be supplied to build a complete anti-slip plate production line.
