Description
Automatic trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine for producing galvanized, pre-painted and Galvalume roofing sheets and wall cladding panels. The line combines coil guiding, precision cold forming, PLC length control, hydraulic cutting and automatic counting for stable profile quality and efficient continuous production. Automatic Trapezoidal Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine

This industrial coil-to-panel line continuously forms metal strip into accurate trapezoidal roofing and wall cladding profiles. It is suitable for roofing sheet factories, steel structure companies, prefabricated building manufacturers and metal building material producers.

A standard line can include a decoiler, feeding guide, leveling device, multi-station roll former, encoder measuring system, hydraulic cutter, PLC cabinet, hydraulic station and run-out table. Optional coil cars, safety guards, film laminating devices, punching units and automatic stackers are available.
