This industrial coil-to-panel line continuously forms metal strip into accurate trapezoidal roofing and wall cladding profiles. It is suitable for roofing sheet factories, steel structure companies, prefabricated building manufacturers and metal building material producers.
A standard line can include a decoiler, feeding guide, leveling device, multi-station roll former, encoder measuring system, hydraulic cutter, PLC cabinet, hydraulic station and run-out table. Optional coil cars, safety guards, film laminating devices, punching units and automatic stackers are available.
Automatic production from coil feeding to finished-length cutting.
Stable rib height, pitch and cover width for repeatable panel quality.
PLC setting of length, quantity and batch production.
Hydraulic profile cutting for clean edges and efficient operation.
Rigid welded frame and precision-machined rollers for industrial durability.
Customized tooling according to the customer’s panel drawing.
Suitable for galvanized steel, pre-painted steel, Galvalume and aluminum.
Easy maintenance and compatibility with automatic auxiliary equipment.

For an accurate machine proposal, customers can provide the panel profile drawing, effective width, raw coil width, sheet thickness, material grade, desired production speed, local power supply and required auxiliary equipment. The forming rollers, station quantity, drive system and cutting dies will be engineered around these requirements.
Before shipment, the line can be assembled and tested with suitable material. Feeding, forming, measuring, cutting and counting functions are checked to support reliable installation and production. Remote support, spare parts guidance and overseas service options are available.
