This automatic trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine converts metal coil into accurately profiled roofing and wall cladding sheets through a continuous cold-forming process. The equipment shown uses a rigid industrial frame, multi-stage forming stands, hydraulic cutting section, independent hydraulic power unit and elevated operator control station for convenient production monitoring.
The production line is suitable for roofing sheet manufacturers, steel structure contractors, prefabricated building factories, metal service centers and construction material suppliers. It can be engineered around a customer-supplied panel drawing to achieve the required effective width, rib height, rib pitch and sheet length.

The machine can be configured for pre-painted galvanized steel, galvanized steel, pre-painted Galvalume, Galvalume and aluminum. Final roller design and power selection depend on material thickness, yield strength, coating type, coil width and required panel profile.
Available options include a hydraulic decoiler, coil loading car, servo feeding unit, entry leveler, protective film laminator, hydraulic punching station, safety enclosure, automatic conveyor, pneumatic or servo stacker, inkjet printer and remote technical support module.
To prepare the correct machine configuration, customers should provide the finished panel drawing, effective width, overall width, rib height, rib pitch, raw coil width, material thickness, material grade, desired line speed, local electrical standard and required auxiliary equipment. The forming rollers and cutting dies will then be engineered for the target product.
Before delivery, the machine can be fully assembled and tested using suitable material. Feeding alignment, roller operation, panel geometry, encoder measurement, hydraulic cutting, PLC control and emergency functions are checked to support reliable installation and stable production.
Installation guidance, electrical diagrams, operating instructions, maintenance recommendations, spare parts support and remote troubleshooting are available. On-site commissioning and operator training can be arranged according to project requirements.
