The line can be configured for pre-painted galvanized steel, galvanized steel, pre-painted Galvalume, Galvalume and aluminum. Final machine design depends on sheet thickness, yield strength, coating type, coil width and required panel geometry.
Available options include a hydraulic decoiler, coil loading car, entry leveler, servo feeder, protective film laminator, punching station, safety enclosure, automatic conveyor, stacking system, inkjet printer and remote support module.
To prepare the correct machine proposal, customers should provide the finished panel drawing, effective width, overall width, rib height, rib pitch, raw coil width, material thickness, material grade, desired speed, local electrical standard and required auxiliary equipment.
Before shipment, the machine can be assembled and tested with suitable material. Feeding alignment, roller operation, panel profile, length measurement, hydraulic cutting, PLC functions and safety controls are checked. Installation guidance, operation training, spare parts support and remote troubleshooting are available.
