The metal coil is loaded on the decoiler and fed into the entry guide.
The strip passes through progressive forming stations that gradually create the trapezoidal ribs.
The encoder measures the programmed panel length while the PLC coordinates line speed and batch quantity.
The hydraulic cutting unit cuts the formed sheet to the required length.
Finished panels move to the receiving table or optional automatic stacker.
The machine is suitable for manufacturers serving industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, logistics centers, agricultural buildings, commercial facilities, modular buildings, carports and general steel-structure projects.
For accurate machine engineering, please provide the finished panel drawing, raw-material type, material thickness, coil width, effective cover width, rib height, rib pitch, required production speed, local voltage and preferred auxiliary equipment.
Each line is assembled and tested before shipment. The forming rollers, cutting system, control logic and sample panel are checked against the approved technical requirements. Remote commissioning guidance, operator training, spare-parts support and optional on-site service help customers start production efficiently.
