Description
The TOPPO compact PLC trapezoidal roofing sheet roll forming machine is designed for continuous production of ribbed metal roof and wall panels from galvanized steel, Galvalume, pre-painted steel and aluminum coils. Its integrated forming frame, touchscreen control cabinet, precision roller stations and automatic length control provide stable production with a space-efficient layout. Profile geometry, effective width, material thickness, production speed, electrical standard and auxiliary equipment can be customized according to the customer's approved drawing and factory requirements.

Compact PLC Trapezoidal Roofing Sheet Roll Forming Machine

This compact industrial roll forming machine converts flat metal coil into trapezoidal roofing and wall-cladding panels through a continuous multi-stage cold-forming process. The machine is suitable for manufacturers producing roof sheets for workshops, warehouses, agricultural buildings, prefabricated structures, garages and commercial construction projects.

The equipment shown features a rigid welded base, precision-machined forming rollers, a side-mounted electrical control cabinet and an operator-friendly touchscreen. Its progressive roller arrangement gradually forms each rib and side-lap edge, helping maintain panel geometry while reducing sudden material deformation and unnecessary coating damage.

Main Benefits

  • Compact floor-space requirement for efficient workshop installation

  • Automatic PLC control for length, quantity and batch production

  • Touchscreen interface for quick parameter entry and machine monitoring

  • Precision forming rollers for consistent trapezoidal rib geometry

  • Continuous production with stable speed and repeatable panel dimensions

  • Custom profile engineering from a drawing, sample or required cover width

  • Suitable for galvanized, Galvalume, color-coated steel and aluminum coils

  • Expandable with decoiling, leveling, cutting, stacking and packaging equipment

How the Production Process Works

  1. Coil loading: The raw-material coil is installed on the decoiler and aligned with the line.

  2. Guided feeding: Adjustable entry guides center the strip before the first forming station.

  3. Progressive forming: Multiple roller stations gradually create the trapezoidal ribs and overlap edges.

  4. Electronic measurement: The encoder measures panel travel and sends real-time length data to the PLC.

  5. Automatic cutting: The cutting unit operates when the programmed length is reached.

  6. Receiving and stacking: Finished panels move to support tables or an optional automatic stacker.

Typical Applications

The finished panels are suitable for industrial workshop roofs, warehouse walls, logistics facilities, agricultural sheds, commercial buildings, garages, carports, prefabricated houses, modular buildings, temporary structures and general steel-building projects.
