Coil loading: The raw-material coil is installed on the decoiler and aligned with the machine centerline.
Guided feeding: Adjustable entry guides center the strip before the first forming station.

Please provide the finished-panel drawing, raw-material type, material grade, thickness range, input coil width, effective cover width, rib height, rib pitch, required line speed, preferred cutting method, local voltage and desired auxiliary equipment. These details allow the roller tooling, shaft load, motor power and control strategy to be matched to the actual production requirement.
Before shipment, the complete machine is assembled, aligned and test-run. The forming sequence, shaft alignment, transmission operation, cutting action, encoder measurement, PLC program and sample-panel dimensions are checked against the approved technical specification.
Clean roller surfaces and remove metal particles after production.
Lubricate bearings, chains, gears and guide components regularly.
Check hydraulic oil, hoses, filters and pressure settings when applicable.
Verify cutting-blade clearance when changing material thickness or grade.
