How the Machine Works

The coil strip enters through an adjustable feeding guide and passes through a series of precision rollers. Each station gradually bends the sheet until the required roofing profile is formed. The hydraulic press creates the repeating tile steps at programmed positions, while the encoder measures panel length. The PLC coordinates pressing, counting, and cutting, and the completed sheets are discharged onto a support table, conveyor, or automatic stacker.
