The TOPPO trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine is designed for continuous production of strong, accurate and attractive trapezoidal metal roofing and wall cladding sheets. It processes pre-painted steel, galvanized steel, Galvalume and aluminum coils through a series of precision forming rollers, producing uniform ribs and stable panel geometry with minimal surface damage.
The machine shown is a heavy-duty industrial configuration with a welded base, roller forming stations, hydraulic cutting system, electric control system and material support table. Each production line can be engineered around the customer's roof panel drawing, raw material, target speed and factory power supply.

Before delivery, the frame, shafts, rollers, transmission, hydraulic system, cutting die and control program are assembled and tested as a complete line. Trial production is carried out with suitable coil material to verify profile dimensions, panel appearance, cutting accuracy and automatic operation. The final machine configuration is documented for installation and operator training.
Main machine components are fixed securely for container transport. Exposed metal surfaces receive anti-rust protection, electrical cabinets are moisture-protected, and loose accessories are packed separately. A loading plan and installation layout can be supplied before shipment.
Can one machine produce different trapezoidal profiles?
One roller set normally produces one specified profile. A double-layer design or cassette-type system can be supplied when multiple profiles are required.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the profile drawing, material type, coil thickness, coil width, desired production speed, power supply and preferred automation options.
Can the line process high-strength steel?
Yes. Roller stations, shaft size, drive power and frame strength are engineered according to the material yield strength and profile geometry.
Is the machine supplied ready to run?
The production line is factory assembled and tested. Final commissioning requires correct foundation, power connection, hydraulic oil, coil material and operator setup at the buyer's site.
