The TOPPO trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine is designed for continuous production of strong, accurate and attractive trapezoidal metal roofing and wall cladding sheets. It processes pre-painted steel, galvanized steel, Galvalume and aluminum coils through a series of precision forming rollers, producing uniform ribs and stable panel geometry with minimal surface damage.

Working Process

Quality and Manufacturing

Before delivery, the frame, shafts, rollers, transmission, hydraulic system, cutting die and control program are assembled and tested as a complete line. The final machine configuration is documented for installation and operator training.

Packing and Delivery

Main machine components are fixed securely for container transport. Exposed metal surfaces receive anti-rust protection, electrical cabinets are moisture-protected, and loose accessories are packed separately. A loading plan and installation layout can be supplied before shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one machine produce different trapezoidal profiles?
One roller set normally produces one specified profile. A double-layer design or cassette-type system can be supplied when multiple profiles are required.
