This automatic trapezoidal roof panel roll forming machine converts metal coil into precisely profiled roofing and wall cladding sheets through a continuous cold-forming process. The machine shown uses a robust welded frame, multiple roller stations, chain transmission, hydraulic cutting dies, an independent hydraulic station with cooling arrangement and a suspended operator control unit for convenient parameter setting and production monitoring.
The equipment is suitable for producing panels used in factories, warehouses, workshops, agricultural buildings, garages, prefabricated houses, logistics centers and steel structure projects. The complete line can be engineered around the customer’s panel drawing so the finished effective width, rib height, rib pitch, overlap design and sheet length match local construction requirements.
Continuous coil-to-panel production improves manufacturing efficiency.
PLC control allows programmable sheet length, quantity and batch settings.
Precision roller tooling supports stable trapezoidal rib geometry.
Hydraulic profile cutting provides efficient cutting after forming.
Heavy-duty base and supported forming stands improve operating stability.
Chain transmission provides reliable power transfer across forming stations.
Suspended HMI station offers convenient access for operators.
Custom profile tooling is available for different market standards.

The line can be configured for pre-painted galvanized steel, galvanized steel, pre-painted Galvalume, Galvalume and aluminum. Final roller design, station quantity and drive power depend on sheet thickness, yield strength, coating type, coil width and the required panel profile.
Available options include a hydraulic decoiler, coil loading car, entry leveler, servo feeder, protective film laminator, hydraulic punching station, safety enclosure, automatic conveyor, pneumatic or servo stacker, inkjet printer and remote support module.
For an accurate machine proposal, customers should provide the finished panel drawing, effective cover width, overall width, rib height, rib pitch, raw coil width, material thickness, material grade, desired production speed, local electrical standard and required auxiliary equipment. Roller tooling and cutting dies will be designed around these parameters.
Before delivery, the machine can be fully assembled and tested with suitable material. Feeding alignment, roller operation, profile geometry, encoder measurement, hydraulic cutting, PLC functions and safety controls are checked to support reliable installation and stable production.
Installation guidance, operating instructions, electrical diagrams, maintenance recommendations, spare parts support and remote troubleshooting are available. On-site commissioning and operator training can be arranged according to project requirements.
